- You need of Fresh coconut grated, blended with warm water and sieved.

Coconut Fried Rice step by step
- Dice, chop all needed vegetables before you start cooking. Boil and dice the liver, and set aside..
- Parboil your rice for some minutes, rinse with clean water and set aside.
- Put the chicken stock, coconut milk, thyme, blended fresh pepper as needed, 1 cooking spoon of vegetable oil in a clean pot. Add water to it if needed, that's enough to cook the rice..
- Place the pot on heat, add seasoning cubes, salt. Cover to boil. At this point stir your rice with wooden spatula to avoid sogginess..
