Chicken Ball Ingredients
- Prepare 200 g of minced chicken.
- Prepare 1 of egg.
- Prepare 1 piece of ginger.
- Prepare 1 piece of garlic.
- You need 2 of leeks.
- You need 1 of carrot.
- You need 1 of onion.
- You need 2 tbs of soy sauce.
- You need 2 tbs of sesame oil.
- You need 2 tbs of flour.
- You need 1 tbs of oil.
- Prepare 1 cup of water.
- You need 1 tbs of corn flour.
- You need 1 of fish stock.
Chicken Ball instructions
- Wash and cut ginger, garlic, leeks, carrot and onion into small piece.
- Mix well all chopped vegetables, egg, minced chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, flour and a pinch of salt.
- Heat frying pan with a little oil.
- Add the chicken balls and fry on one side until become brown.
- Turn and fry the other side.
- Add water, stock and okra and let this cook for 10 mins.
- Melt corn flour in a little water and add it to the soup. Heat for a few mins util soup become thick.
