- You need 4 lb of Chicken wings.
- You need of marinade.
- You need 3 tsp of paprika (smoky, sweet, what have you).
- Prepare 4 tbsp of vegetable oil (higher heat type, olive, peanut, canola).
- You need 1 tbsp of garlic powder.
- Prepare of salt (I used 1/2 tsp).
- You need of ground black pepper (I used 1/2 tsp).
- Prepare of hot sauce (optional).

- Preheat oven to 375 F, I find hotter had a tendency to burn dried chili spices..
- Use foil and or oil a baking sheet large enough to hold all the wings.
- Mix all ingredients (except wings) in a bowl large enough to hold and mix all the wings.
