- You need 1 of Sea Salt - evenly coat potato.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- You need 1 of butter.
- Prepare 1 of Irish Red Beer.
- Prepare 1 of Apple wood.

- Inject chicken with marinade, cover and let rest for 3 hours..
- Make sure smoker is up to temp 250°.
