  5. Prepare 1 inch of ginger, finely chopped.
  6. Prepare 1-2 of green chilies, chopped.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp. of coriander roots, chopped.
  8. You need 1 tbsp. of coriander leaves, chopped.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp. of kasuri methi, crushed.
  10. Prepare to taste of salt.
  11. You need 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp. of red chilli flakes.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp. of garam masala powder.
  14. Prepare as needed of oil to deep fry.
  15. You need 1/4 tsp. of baking soda.

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients (except oil to deep fry). Add little water and knead into a dough..

  3. Deep fry them in hot oil in batches till golden in colour..
  4. Drain on a kitchen towel..
