- Prepare 1 cup of boneless chicken, boiled & shredded.
- You need 2-3 tbsp. of besan (gram flour).
- You need 1 of onion, chopped.
- Prepare 2 tbsp. of oil.
- Prepare 1 inch of ginger, finely chopped.
- Prepare 1-2 of green chilies, chopped.
- Prepare 2 tbsp. of coriander roots, chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp. of coriander leaves, chopped.
- Prepare 1 tsp. of kasuri methi, crushed.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp. of red chilli flakes.
- Prepare 1 tsp. of garam masala powder.
- Prepare as needed of oil to deep fry.
- You need 1/4 tsp. of baking soda.

- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients (except oil to deep fry). Add little water and knead into a dough..
- Form small equal size balls out of it..
- Deep fry them in hot oil in batches till golden in colour..
- Drain on a kitchen towel..
- Serve with any chutney as an appetizer or as a tea-time snack..
