Chicken Fajita Pizza step by step
- Dough Preparation: Take water in a jug and dissolve salt & sugar in it... Then add oil & eggs and mix it well... In a bowl take flour and add yeast in flour... Gradually Add the water mixture in dry ingredients and make a soft dough... Rest the dough for atleast 40 minutes....
- Add boneless chicken,yoghurt and all spices in a bowl and marinate it for atleast 3 to 4 hours....
- Fry The Chicken then add vegetable slices... Saute it...Preheat the oven.. Grease The pizza plate with oil... Roll out dough with rolling pin...Set the rolled dough in pizza plate and prick with fork....
- Add & spread pizza sauce,cooked chicken filling,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,black olives....
- Bake in preheated oven at 180Β°C for 20 to 25 minutes...
- Pizza is ready to serve...πππ.
