Chicken Ginger Ingredients
- You need 1/2 kg of chicken boneless.
- You need 2 pieces of ginger, sliced.
- You need 2 of tomatoes chopped.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of tomato paste.
- You need 2 of green chili whole.
- You need 1/2 tsp of tumeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chili powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chili flakes.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of zeera powder (or whole cumin).
- You need 1-2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of milk.
- You need 1/4 cup of yoghurt (whisked with milk).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of oil.
Chicken Ginger step by step
- Fry ginger and ginger garlic paste in oil till light aroma comes.
- Add tomatoes, salt, tumeric powder and zeera and cook till oil separates. add a little water to bhoonify.
- When mixed well add chicken, red chili, and tomato paste, mix.
- When chicken is cooked add milk and yoghurt mix. cook till oil separates. Garnish with ginger and serve.
